FOOT ZONING AND YOUR HEALTH
We get a bit frustrated because we aren't feeling so good. Weight is coming on that just doesn't seem to be manageable. Sleep isn't happening. Energy is low. Dieting isn't helping. Always feeling down.
I help with the above issues and many other health concerns here in my practice. The detailed foot zone will identify health concerns, known and unknown, while simultaneously boosting your immune system, detoxifying the body, balancing hormones, improving metabolism, and so much more! SO WHAT EXACTLY IS FOOT ZONING?
Foot zoning is all natural and has many DESIRABLE side effects! It’s way more than a fancy foot massage. It's a connection between your feet and your body’s emotions, nerves, and tissues. The entire anatomy of the human body is mapped out in the feet and, when signaled by pressure with knuckles, fingers, and finger nails, it sends a message to the brain. Then the brain responds by telling your body to perform the way it was meant to and start healing. For example, when the brain area that is on the foot gets signaled, it will positively influence the brain tissue and you may notice things like anxiety starting to go down or mental clarity improved. Foot zoning also improves liver function which helps the body detoxify more efficiently and balances hormones. Does all this sound crazy!? Foot zoning has been around for thousands of years, thus millions, if not hundreds of millions, of lives have been blessed by it.

SETTING UP & WHAT TO EXPECT IN A FOOT ZONE SESSION
When you're scheduling with me, I’ll ask you a few medical questions to be sure that we're good to go. The session takes an hour and a half, and you should bring a pen and notebook to take notes on. We begin the zone by bringing your right foot onto my knee, and when the right foot is done, I'll get the left foot all caught up too. It is normal to feel a bit sleepy during the zone. After both feet have been zoned, I'll give you a quick grounding session. After the session is complete, I encourage you to drink a full glass of water to remove any sluggishness.
WHAT IF I CAN'T HANDLE MY FEET BEING TOUCHED

AM AN AMPUTEE?
No worries at all because I offer hand zoning too which works the same as foot zoning!
